Mezan 1998 Grenada

I'm a big fan of the hard-to-find Westerhall Plantation rum out of Grenada, so when I heard that Mezan had bottled one of the Westerhall casks I had to try it. This is an excellent change of pace from the heavier rums. It's light and buttery, with a finish of vanilla cream and honey. With a description like that you may expect this rum to be sweet...but it's not. It's just downright tasty, easy to guzzle straight up. Liquid sunshine.

Это была редкая находка и по вашим отзывам решили взять этот ром и ни разу не пожалели. Полнотелый, округлый, солнечный. Приятный фруктовое-цветочный коктейль, где явно доминирует груша. Если встретите, обязательно попробуйте.

It's a rare and basing on reviews we got and have never regretted it. Full-bodied, round, sunny. A pleasant fruity-floral cocktail with pear clearly dominating. If you come across it, be sure to try it.
