Normally, my recipe for Cuba Libre is:
Lime, Rum (spiced), Coca cola, 2 drops of Angostura bitter. Now, there is no need for the bitter, its already applied to the rum.
Cuba Libre is absolutely the best with this rum.
Then, what about sipping?
It's well balanced between:
1 creamy and watery: just into golden mean.
2 dry and sweet: it's not sweet | it's not dry.
3 salty, artificial and aged rums: it's better than many "Anejo"s.
Don't try it for sipping ;) You will find that you need more and more of these vibrant spices (cardamom, clove, cinnamon).
P. S. Do they reuse Plantation Extreme bottle? ;)

В ароматі кондитерські ноти (печіво/випічка), печені яблука з корицею, трошкі спецій.
Смак практично повторює аромат, плюс відчувається в основі добрий ром.
Доречі, не дуже солодкий, що мені особисто сподобалося.
Рекомендую з кавою на діжестив, або з фруктами чи морозивом як десерт.

As a neat sipper it's not so enjoyable, but in cuba libre it's fantastic. Definetly my first to go rum in cuba libre.
