A little fiery on the nose. Smells and tastes a little bit like an rhum agricole. Smooth mouth feel. A little hot at first on front of the tongue. Citrus notes with an underlying bitter/sweet aftertaste. Fairly long finish. Ok, but not great.

I am accustomed to white rum just being a source of alcohol in a mixed drink, and not the center of attention. This one has all of the complexity of many dark rums. It is rather peppery to sip, and has a very long lingering finish. I would use it in any mixed drink, as the website suggests. I might also drink it straight.

Just like the title says, well rum at best. Got this as part of a tasters pack. No real flavor, some burn on the finish. Only suitable for mixed drinks.

I got this as part of the Rum Ratings Tasting Kit. I found it to be a rather ordinary rum, without a lot of flavor. Maybe that's ok if you want a rum to spike a drink where the other flavors are more important. But I prefer rum straight, and to me this just didn't have much flavor to offer.

Harsh on the nose and hot on the initial pallet. Has a bit of sugar to it. Smoother finish than the initial taste suggested.
