Tasted at Tiki Huna on 5/5/23. Thanks to Trent for sharing his private stash. Pours dark gold. Apple cider and butter rum lifesavers aroma. Flavor is rich woody and a bit like acorn squash. This is made with birch tree syrup. It works! Mid palate strong pepper burn. A rare treat!
