Naked Turtle White

Like many others have mentioned, I get vanilla and marshmallow on this fantastic white rum. But I've come to find out it is now gone and no longer made. Nooo! So, I grabbed 8L of the stuff when I found a store that still had some. Apparently it's been gone for a year or so now. Bummer!

The perfect Floridian white rum, Naked Turtle goes well with any occasion. More nuanced than its older brother, Bacardi, this rum will help anyone come out of their shell! 8/10 Love it

Come on… for the same price as Bacardi or Cruzan you can get this stuff??? Deal of a lifetime. Although after going back to it, maybe some sugar added?

Updated: Went back to it with a fresh palate. Too sweet, artificial tasting coconut and vanilla?
Still a great pricepoint and a very serviceable mixer.

I look forward to my yearly trip to the beach so I can buy several bottles to tide me over for the year. It has a great taste either straight, with a rock, or mixed. I also appreciate they support the sea turtle conservancy.

This is a go to rum for any occasion. It is especially great for mixing, and does well if you want to do a few shots with friends. I typically do not drink it by itself but you can if you would like. Can't go wrong with picking this up.

One hot summer day my bartender sampled me some on the rocks. I’m not a white rum guy and this stuff made me buy a bottle. Very easy to drink On the rocks with a little melted. I noted vanilla and smooth fruit notes. I’m not sure if it’s a flavored rum or has additives but it was as smooth as a good vodka and very easy to drink on the rocks. Will likely try it again one day.

It's okay... has some sweet notes, but they don't taste natural. This stuff burns a bit, not the greatest to sip neat. Reminds me of Viscaya Crystal, but low quality.

My favorite white rum at its price point. Far better tasting than Bacardi superior and usually only a dollar or two more.

I purchased this upon recommendation from a good friend, who actually enjoys sipping it, he was absolutely correct! It is smooth and has some character as well, I detect a bit of vanilla and some subtle fruit flavors. Alcohol is 40%, so it’s not too hot, definitely one of the best white rums I have tried and for only $11 that makes it a great value.
