El Dorado 2009 Enmore Single Still Cask Strength 12-Year is a premium rum that is carefully crafted in a single still to maintain its distinct character and complex flavors. This rum is aged for 12 years in oak casks, which contributes to its smooth texture and rich aroma. With a higher alcohol content than most rums, its cask strength gives it a bold and intense taste that is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water. The rum's flavor profile is characterized by notes of toffee, caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, which is balanced out by a hint of herbal and fruity undertones. Overall, El Dorado 2009 Enmore Single Still Cask Strength 12-Year is a refined and sophisticated spirit that promises to satisfy even the most discerning of palates.

Top of the World 10 out of 10
Easy, attractive on nose with a lot fruit notes.
Measured 53.3°, doesn't burn - it is absolutely smooth. Definitely finest Demerara taste I've experienced. Rich, oily, compared to port Mourant has a bit less liquorice, almost tart.
Infinite aftertaste which blows my mind.
Just one problem with - impossible to stop enjoying it.
