Al palato ci sono nocciole, gianduia, frutta secchi (datteri/fichi), una soffice dolcezza caramellata, un pizzico di pepe, liquorizia e una finezza legnosa da contorno. Dopo averlo fatto riposare tornano le note arrostite e ne emergono altre floreali di violetta. Il finale è delicato.
