Kadoo 8-Year

This one is a quite a decent rum. 🏴‍☠️🥃 I really can't recall, but the rum reminds me of something else, that I previously had, which I cannot recognise for now. Nor I can tell you that I get the notes from what is written on their website, such as salt and orange and dark choco. I find personally a slight aroma and taste of a basement (not that I know how a basement would taste...lol... I did not lick the basement floor or walls). A touch of qince, Id say. Smells like a rural vilage (or teen spirit? 😅)

Overall It is a pretty smooth and delicate with spicy notes. It is not dry on a taste, but all the gods out there, and each of them is a witness that the aftertaste is ****** DRY. I drank like 1 liter of water in 5 seconds. It hits in a bit... Give it some time.
