This Agricole Blanc called Manta from The ReimonenQ Distillery is from the 2021 harvest. After distillation it rested in stainless steel vats for more than a year and was slowly reduced to 55%.
The nose is filled with aromas of tropical fruits, spices and with vegetal notes.
In mouth and at the palate is apricot, mango, apple, anise and mint recognizable.
The long finish just goes on in the same way together with some saltiness.
Overall a great, round and supersmooth Agricole Blanc.
