This rum from the Carrere Distillery is produced for the commander of the gendarmerie forces in Guadeloupe and is therefore bear the name "La Brigade".
It’s a blend of rums from two harvests, 2019 and 2020 and is limited to just 971 numbered bottles.
In nose it’s round, fruity, spicy, vegetal and sweet with hints of lime, iodine, mint and licorice.
In mouth, at the palate and during the rather long finish it’s very smooth and the aromas comes back as tastes together with hints of pepper and nuts.
Overall a superb, very smooth and aromatic Agricole.
