Plantation 2009 Australia Finished 4 Months in Palo Cortado Sherry Cask 13-Year

I don't know. It's probably a good one but I didn't really enjoy it. Too strong, a bit flat in taste and tail.

I'm sure the agricole style rum lovers will enjoy this one. No added sugar and a long fermentation process definitely make this a rich and flavoured rum but reminds me a bit too much of whisky. Which is not bad obviously, but not what I'm looking for in a rum
