RumChata Limón

I didn't expect to like this, as I thought it would be somewhat sour due to the limón, but it was actually very nicely sweet, like lemon pie.

I had a tough time deciding if I preferred this or the regular RumChata, but I'll give the regular a slight edge. This tastes similar to the RumChata, with a sweet limón kick.

Definitely tasty, but weak at 14% for my liking.

Tasted January 21 2024 at Laka Lono; part of a beer and shot situation
Appearance: opaque pale yellow
Aroma: smells like 🍋 lemon bars
Flavor: tastes like my favorite funeral luncheon lemon bars - the fluffy ones made with sweetened condensed milk.
Tasting notes: fear not, this cream rum is not burdened with the traditional horchata flavors and stays with the summery lemon sweetness described above. This would be a nice rum dessert or you could hide the bottle and pretend you spent an hour mixing special rum shots for your friends. At 14% you could serve several rounds in between your fancier sippers.

Tasted at Laka Lono on 1-21-24. Pours a pale yellow opaque milk color. Both aroma and flavor is just like a lemon chiffon cake. Not disgusting at all.
