Plantation 2008 Trinidad Single Cask 2022 Finished in Sauvignon Blanc Casks 13-Year

I dont know what it is about sherry or white wine casks but they sure give a great finish. Its dry with flavours of raisin, a bit of apricot, delicious. Actually not too dry, as it finishes with a touch of sweet bourbon and apple. Certainly a complex rum to keep you well content.
