Fiercely agricol 🔥 and delicious ❤️
This grassy smokey delight is best with a drop of water and a true beauty
Old notes from 8/19/21 - tasted as a Dax by Brad at Laka Lono "this is unlike anything I have ever tasted" plus notes in another language ??? that say: desde hoy para siempre ????
Tasted again 11/30/22 and I like it even more - this time I am noticing the signature bandaid taste I expect from this style
Additional notes 5/21/23 Enjoyed this in a rum Rickey at Laka Lono, the funk shines through!!
Tasted at Laka Lono on 10/16/22. Pours clear. Incredible strong cachaca aroma. Hard palate- pretty hot at 96 proof. Big corn flavor up front. A couple of drops of water really makes the cooked corn aroma released. Cane sugar sweetness explodes with water drops. Wow! Not bad at all.
UPDATE: 11/30/22 Tasted at Laka Lono Rum Club tasting. Still love the aroma. A donkey- powered cane mill makes the difference! Copper pot still fresh. The bat god must love us. I’m going from 7 to 8.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

If you like agricole, voila
Almost ripe fruit smell, then drifts off, heat.
I get some unique smoky flavors but very mild. I think maybe they use the same type of still or burn the same wood or same barrels etc, as mezcal. I swear I get slight mezcal taste
