A unique rum that is very sweet and with a fine sherry finish. Supposedly has a large percent of alcohol but the smooth molasses and caramel make it like silky sugar. Another great rum from boutique-y and probably on of their best. My only negative is the slightly smaller bottle.

Limited edition 4-year-old Dutch rum That Boutique-y Rum Company Batch 1 from Zuidam distillery. The rum was distilled using Pot Still.

It was then aged in ex-wine Pedro Ximénez casks. This is the very first rum from the Netherlands, and from Central Europe in general, from That Boutique-y Rum Company. The distillery is of very high quality and pays attention to details, both during production and distillation.
