Je vyroben z posledních tří sudů ze šarže 36 (Batch 36), které byly uloženy ve sklepích destilérky. Rum naplnili do výjimečných ex-rum Isautier sudů, ve kterých zral od 2007 do 2009. Následně od 2009 do 2019 zral v ex-cognac sudech. Zbývající dva roky dozrával opět v ex-rum Isautier soudech.

Made from the last three casks of Batch 36, which were stored in the distillery's cellars. The rum was bottled in exceptional ex-rum Isautier casks which were aged from 2007 to 2009. It was then aged in ex-cognac casks from 2009 to 2019. For the remaining two years, it matured again in ex-rum Isautier casks.

Another 57% which taste like 35%. Very smooth, smell's of nuts and taste's like olives and honey. Also great value but limited availability.

Al naso melassa e fiori.
Al palato un mix di cognac, uva, grappa barrique alle mele, banana e soprattutto violetta, abbastanza pungente.
Finale medio lievemente tostato e legnoso, ma anche dolce, prugna e floreale.
Molto interessante e beverino come rum, ha molta personalità e aroma tipico dell'isola
