Tasted at Laka Lono on 11/7/19. Pours a pale yellow color. Rich vegetable agave aromas. Almost a tequilla flavor. Very smooth with lots of agricole cane notes. Grassy farm notes. A bit of pepper and coriander.

I continue to repent of the sin of being a short note-taker in my early sipping years
This rum was tasted 10/3/21 at Laka Lono, in the same sitting as the Anejo. I gave both high marks.
This one was sampled in Daiquiri form via a TommyDax (made by Tommy) and my notes indicate I feel this is a delightful rum selection for a daiquiri.

Appearance: clear
Flavor: nice smokiness to this, I think I now understand the flavor profile I'd Mexican rums 🌵
