Nose: Egg salad sandwiches with my ninong on a lazy weekday afternoon. Sweet corn powder, transitioning into cane juice, brine, and a pivot to santan flower nectar and ginger ale.
Palate: The heat accelerates quickly but stops as abruptly, giving way to a cirtus and soda shrimp marinade, glazed bananas, brine, and lanzones. Silky texture and medium-bodied.
Finish: Medium-length with touches of burnt pizza crust, sweetened juice from a can of pineapples, and tubo.
