Tasted at the Distillery tour on 5/23/23. Pours a light gold color. Nice aromas of toffee and butterscotch. Mild sweetness from brown sugar and honey, but this is a mild offering of a 3 month aging utilizing oak spirals added to the barrel. Not bad, but is likely more about being a high-throughput "aged" rum.
