Smooth for 103 proof and just absolutely amazing. It taste like an unsweetened spiced carrot cake at first sip and then rolls into raisins, almond, nutmeg, cinnamon, and just a touch of smoke and oak. I liked this one. No particular odor, but the flavor is definitely oak with some sweetness. A bit more afterburn than I would have liked, but it was not off putting. Mixed was even better as it brought out the oak even more.
