I like this rum, it have a lot of aroma, it stays with you for a time.

Dark colour, nice and full smell and complex taste which is quite "scratching a tongue" but you can feel the range from some fruit, spices to chocolate.

A n'importe quel moment, pour introduire au vieux rhum, je ne pourrais que le conseiller vivement, nettement plus aromatique qu' un diplomatico reserva exclusiva ou qu'un Angostura 1919 et pourtant au même prix

A good rum, sweet and easy to drink This is also a good rum to introduce to new rum drinkers and a strong contestant to the Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva. Imo it has a slighty longer aftertaste and complexity, but it is a litle more expensive. Another great go to rum. Would defenitely buy again.

Tak tuhle lahev jsem si vybral jako dárek a udělal jsem dobře. Slaďoučká chuť luxusní čokolády, celkově sladěný. Vřele doporučuji.

The best of the Presidente-range, if you ask me. You'll get a lot of bang for your buck. Sweet but still with a huge impact when it hits the tongue.

Her får du meget rom for prisen. Både deres 15 års og denne 23 er virkelig lækker og meget drinkeble.

Its a very nice rum, but maybe a little too "common". I find that the Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is both better and cheaper. It's a good rum, but not a re-buy.
For its price, the Presidente 23 is quite an exceptional rum. Its dark amber color pleases the eye while its chocolatey raisiny flavour with light marzipan and vanilla notes is pure joy on the nose. There's a nice honey like character to the palate, with light vanilla flavours. It finishes with some residual sugar that also has a woody character to it while the mild, delicate texture rests seemingly endlessly on your tongue. For its price this rum is a strong rival to the well known Zacapa brand.

Opened the bottle more than 30 min. before tasting.
Medium intense dark copper colour with a small water edge.
Intense in the nose with aroma's of cacao, brown sugar, smoke, vanilla and a slight hint of orange peel.
Soft start on the palate with nicely balanced alcohol.
Aroma's of brown sugar, smoke, wood, orange peel and caramel
Long finish.
Score: 88/100 Almost 90 :-)
