El Ron Prohibido Habanero 12-Year

Taste: raisin, cinnamon and pepper. Little bit of coffee taste.
El Ron Prohibido Gran Reserva 15 has a stronger and spicier taste.

Great bottle design and story is interesting but that's it.
It's quite good but I expected more for its price.

Niezły rum, ciemny, dość wytrawny, aromaty suszonych owoców, śliwki, może winogron/ rodzynek, nuty drewniane w smaku. Zapach słodszy niż smak. Znośny do picia solo, zostawia winny posmak na języku (widać wpływ beczki). Przez swoje nuty ciekawy do wykorzystania w koktajlach. Na pewno rzecz warta spróbowania w poszukiwaniu swojego ulubionego rumu ;) ciekawa historia i butelka.

Első ízlelésre egész jónak, édeskésnek tűnt. Pár másodpercig... Aztán előtört belőle valami iszonyatosan borsos, erőspaprikás íz, onnantól semmi mást nem éreztem, csak a keserűségét.

Picked this up at a discount, but it's probably just around the regular price (~20€). For the price it's okay, first reaction was "interesting".
I'm not sure if I would buy again, got it with a glass which is pure ****.

It does not have a pronounced bright smell, but there is no spirituality either. Wonderful smooth taste of a good barrel, raisins, a little salt. Easy to drink.

Raisins with wood oak end and a bit of caramel, coffee - dry to me... Too less solera... Would need perhaps more.

Aroma is typical rum - wood, warm and a bit spiced. Taste is sweet, warm with honey, wood and a bit of spice. You can also recognize the red wine barrels aging, that brings not so common notes. Aftertaste is average and bitter.
