Tastes of peat, funk and way too much char. Definitely taste the boubon but thats not a good thing, as its way too strong. The sherry finish is welcome but drowned out by bourbon frontend. Nowhere near the refinement of Panamanian rums with similar cask finish. Overall its a let down for the price especially as it tastes of tobacco and too much burnt wood.
Aroma is very gentle with vanilla, coconut, caramel.
Taste smooth with oak, vanilla, leather and honey tones, but not as sweet as you would expect from aroma. You can detect the Oloroso mostly during the first few seconds. Aftertaste is pleasant with coconut and a bit of pepper, but could be longer. The price (50Eur in CZ) is very good.

Almost spiritless aroma.
Bold, creamy, perfectly sweet taste. No or little alcohol bite neither spiciness. I've never tried sherry, but now I can guess what it's taste could be.
Aftertaste is long, but without alchemistry - just the same as on palate.
Well, for tonight I'm done with it - switching to their Jamaica 2009 Orange wine finish
