The label here in Rumratings shows 14 years but is actually a 13-year on ex-cognac casks.
Apparently is made in Grays Distilling.
On the nose, it feels very floral with some mango and tangerine notes.
On the palate, menthol, and peaches.
The aftertaste is medium with some vanilla and some sweet bread hints.

I had occasion to sample this Rum today and ended up buying two bottles. The rum is fantastic, bottled at 55% ABV (my favourite) it is the perfect strength. Just getting into Holmes Cay rums and can’t wait to try other versions. Very well done!

* I stated this rum is 14 yrs old (Distilled in 2007, bottled in 2021) but the label states it was aged in the Tropics for 13 years in ex-cognac casks and bottled in New York.
