Brilliant golden colour. Nice nose, little oaky, very clean. It's smooth on the tongue, some oak, a little leather, light burn at the finish.
The bottle says no added colour, flavor, sweeteners or sugar. Simply molasses, yeast, water. It tastes young, but smooth. I'm very pleased with this rum. I can only imagine how good it's going to when it's aged a few more years.
