Wow. WOW. Wow. I've had a lot of clairin and I don't think anything like this. Intensely savory, it tastes like chicken and pepper and salt and a splash of oil. (Whether petroleum or olive oil I'm not sure.)
You will love it. Or hate it. Or both. For sure, though, you will be struck by it.
