Last rum tasting in Finland for the foreseeable future continues onwards with Corman Collins 12y. Very nice and unique bottle and label design. Golden color. Surprisingly close to the Corman Collins Arturo Makasare 19y in flavor profile. 12y is harsher and has more alcohol burn, but only a marginal difference between the two. Massive price benefit for the 12y.

I slightly prefer the Corman Collins 2020 rums, as those are a bit sweeter. Similar to their 2020 rums, this smells and tastes of molasses, hazelnut, leather, oak, vanilla, and caramel. Still a very good rum!
