Flensburg 1991 Guyana Enmore KFM 30-Year

This Flensburg bottling from Guyana is an Enmore with the Mark KFM, which was produced in 1991 in the Single Wooden Pot style and was allowed to store for 30 years. With 51.9% alcohol, the rum was bottled at cask strength without coloring, sugar or filtration as a single cask with 194 bottles.

The rum has a great intense nose, in which the eucalyptus is clearly recognizable. There is also a nice fruitiness and spice. Prune and leather. After a while more fresh herbs appear and the rum is earthy. On the palate the rum is wonderfully complex and the rum has aged very well. Again the eucalyptus comes directly and sets the tone. Long-drawn black tea, dried fruits and spices leave plenty of room for discovery. The rum is intense and the barrel is setting in marvelous. Towards the end it becomes earthier again. The finish is then nice and dry with spice and more herbal aromas and lots of spice. The rum lasts a long time.

An absolutely high-quality and complex rum with a great intense eucalyptus notes. You have to like these. i celebrate it. In contrast to the RA KFM, the pencil notes are missing here. Nevertheless, the rum is a lot of fun and there is a lot to discover, which I have only roughly touched on here. The price is high... but so is the fun factor.

Diese Flensburg Abfüllung aus Guyana ist ein Enmore mit dem Mark KFM, welcher 1991 im Single Wooden Pot Still hergestellt wurde und 30 Jahre lagern durfte. Mit 51,9% Alkohol wurde der Rum in Fassstärke ohne Farbstoffe, Zucker oder Filtration als Single Cask mit 194 Flaschen abgefüllt.

Der Rum hat eine tolle intensive Nase, in der direkt der Eukalyptus klar erkennbar ist. Dazu kommt eine schöne Fruchtigkeit und Würze. Dörrpflaume und Leder. Nach etwas Zeit kommen mehr frische Kräuter und der Rum ist erdig. Am Gaumen ist der Rum wunderbar komplex und der Rum ist sehr gut gealtert. Wieder kommt der Eukalyptus direkt und gibt den Ton an. Lang gezogener schwarzer Tee, getrocknete Früchte und Würze lassen viel Raum zum entdecken. Der Rum ist intensiv. Zum Abgang wird es wieder erdiger. Der Abgang ist dann schön trocken it Würze und mehr pflanzlicher Aromen und viel Würze. Der Rum halt lange nach.

Ein absolut hochwertiger und komplexer Rum mit einem tollen intensiven Eukalyptus Noten. Diese muss man mögen. Ich feier es. Im Gegensatz zum RA KFM fehlen hier die Bleistift Noten. Trotzdem macht der Rum ganz viel Spaß und es gibt viel zu entdecken, was ich hier nur grob angeschnitten habe. Der Preis ist hoch... der Spaßfaktor aber auch.

Krásná tmavší barva - Nos eukalyptus, kůže. Chuť - hutnost, spálené dřevo + dalších x položek, které tvoří nezapomenutelný dojem. Určitě pro mnohé nepitelný rum. Prostě špína v nejčistší podobě :-)

Tento rum jsem otevřel u příležitosti narození mojí vnučky.
Parádní záležitost jak pro čichové, tak především pro chuťové pohárky.
V přímím srovnání s Caroni 21 bych řekl, že zde se jedná o komplexní rum.
Je tam cítit jak květinová a ovocná sladkost, tak staré dřevo.
Prostě paráda.
