Just finished a sample of Holmes Cay Jamaica Wudderburn 2011 rum with ABV of 59%. This was my first try of a Holmes Cay rum and this one di$ not appeal to me at all. The high ABV did not bother me rather I found the “funk” taste to be less pleasant with this offering. Not saying I won’t be happy with other Holmes Cay rum, this one did not turn m6 crank.
