Guillaume de Roany and “Les Rhums du Sud” selected a barrel, vintage 2008, from the Barbadian Foursquare distillery.
Whereafter they sailed it to Europe and bottled 412 bottles at ABV 61,2%.
The nose is intense, spicy, fruity and woody with hints of coconut and vanilla.
On the palate the aromas comes back as tastes but it’s also a little bit nutty.
The finish is long and a little bit more spicy than at the palate with hints of cinnamon and oak.
Overall a delicious rum that can’t disappoint anyone liking Bajan rums.
