Brinley's flavored rums are almost all in a different class than most of their competitors, I was disappointed to read the other review that said it has been discontinued.
almost candy sweet with a good rum kick, a perfect mixer with cola or just about any other cocktail where you want that sweet/sour flavor... my only complaint was it might have been too bright... remember those jolly rancher candies you loved to suck on for like an hour? but then you spit them out or crunched them because, well, enough sweetness... that's sort of how this tasted straight or on the rocks. good, but you could over do it. perfect when balanced with a more honest rum. I bought the last 6 bottles at my local shop in southern NJ and am making them last as long as I can.

Gotta round out the family... Keep this one as another mixer, its a must have!
