Nosing

Caramel , toffee apple , grass , lime

Tasting

Aniseed , grass , sugar syrup , caramel .

The aging does not work for me

Tried straight, side by side with the Cristalina expression. Did not care for it: felt the wood overwhelmed the other flavors. Much like tequila, if it's good, I think I want my cachaca minimally aged. Perhaps better in cocktails?
