Rum Shark 2010 Foursquare 11-Year

Prostě Foursquare.
Vzorek jsem dostal v privátním adventním kalendáři a ihned po ochutnání jasný melasový stařený rum. Trochu jsem si tipoval, ale chuť FS je snad známá každému rumaři, takže jsem tipoval něco hodně podobného FS nebo přímo FS. Trochu mne zmátl líh, který je tam dosti cítit na pozadí Bourbonu.

Aroma: wood, vanilla, chocolate like almost all Forsquare I have ever tried. Pineapple was something new for me with Forsquare rums.

Taste: vanilla, chocolate and burned wood. Unfortunatelly I felt unpleasant sharpness (even after I poured and let the rum sit in the glass for a while).

Overall: I am really glad that I had opportunity try this rum. I really do like Forsquare rum cause almost in every one of them I feel chocolate (which is my favorite flavor in rums), but this one was quite different, at least for me. I think there is a few good bottles of Forsquare, cheaper than this one (average price 200 - 250€ at auctions), so maybe not get the whole bottle but try buy a sample and try it.
