Krásně plná a hutná
Dozvuk: Ohromná paleta ovoce (ananas, broskve, meruňky...), opět bylinně travnaté tóny, záchvěv rozinek a trochu sladu. Dlouhotrvající.
Sladkost: 0/3
Ochutnán vzorek
Skutečná lahdůka. 4leté staření si bere to nejlepší z drsné nespoutanosti clairinu a přidává neuvěřitelnou komplexnost a jemnost. Doufám, že seženu celou lahev - toto chci popíjet a rozpoznávat další a další vůně a chutě.

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Picked this up at Astor Wines in NYC and was not disappointed. This is funky and full flavored. Buy if you like the smell of gasoline, Sharpies, and paint thinner. Borderline 9/10 and easily worth the $100.
This is, however, quite different compared to the unaged Clairin Sajous that is on the market. It is amazing how much the profile changes after just four years on wood. At this time, I prefer the unaged Sajous to this aged cousin, but this is a great bottle.
