Nose: My first impression is that it's creamy. The sweetness is subtle and communicates glazed doughnuts, bavarian churros, cinnamon, and pistachio shells. A brief zing of turmeric.
Palate: It has a soft texture, arriving with meringue and royal icing. The midpalate has light pears, almond milk, and spiced honey. It trails away nicely with a slightly bitter orange pith.
Finish: Wheat bread and old dried citrus wheels. Faintly tannic and short.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Couldn’t ask for more. A rum on the sweet and woody side, just the way Filipinos like their rum. Great mixer.
