Out of all the Master Distiller range this is my absolute favorite. It is so smooth, rich in flavors a perfect bundy rum to have neat. The port really comes out and gives a nice rounded finish that leaves an everlasting buzz on the old taste buds. Anyone who truly knows me, knows this is my rum. I have consumed far more than i'd like to admit ;)

The time in Port barrels gives this rum a depth of flavour beyond average Bundy. Better as a mixer than straight. The burn is more than I prefer if drinking straight. A rum I happily buy and enjoy with a small amount fo coke. My go to Bundy.

I had an amazing opportunity to try a dozen different unopened Bundaberg's with my Aussie colleague last year and the special edition Port Barrel Bundy is very good with coke, but has quite a strong afterburn, so I would not recommend neat sipping this one.

Bundy's second bottle in the Master Distiller Collection (MDC) line.
Essetially aged rum, which has then been placed into Port Barrels and blended into this.

One of the better MDC range rums. Lovely aftertaste from being in the port barrels.

Too hot too shot straight up. You can try, but you'll regret it.
I mix with plenty of ice, and a dash of coke. You want to taste the flavours in the rum here, not the coke.
