There is not that much in this product from the French alco-house Fauconnier. At least, it is alcohol, possibly produced from or with the use of the sugar canes. Slight lingering sweetness is one of not so many presences available. What is really professional, my head was fine in the morning, otherwise expect inexpensive alcohol, yet not much more. If this is young immature rum, that's it, and that's fine for this affordable industrial produce.
