Glasklar im Glas.
In der Nase sehr angenehm frisch. Die grasigen Agricole Noten und die Kokosnuss Töne scheinen miteinander verwoben und ergeben einen wunderbaren Duftteppich.
Am Gaumen weich und sanft. Ein zarter Wind weht über das Zuckerrohrfeld hinein in den Kokospalmenhain, süss ohne kitschig zu wirken.
Im Abgang bleiben die Kokosnüsse noch eine Weile in Erinnerung.
Ein Rum den ich zum kochen brauche, sich aber auch sicherlich in Drinks gut macht. Für Köche und Barkeeper.
Crystal clear in the glass.
Very pleasantly fresh on the nose. The grassy Agricole notes and the coconut tones seem interwoven and create a wonderful aromatic carpet.
Soft and gentle on the palate. A gentle breeze blows over the sugar cane field into the coconut grove, sweet without being cheesy.
On the finish, the coconuts linger in the memory for a while.
A rum that I need to cook, but also certainly does well in drinks. For chefs and bartenders.
