Rum Nation Ilha Da Madeira 3-Year

If you want to try to dig in to agricole rhum this might be a good place to start.
Typical agricole smell and flavour but less agressive than most caribbian agricoles. It is not as harsh as expected even after only 3 years of maturity. After some time in the glass the nose turns more sweet even though the grassy notes are still there. I kind of like it and it gets better after a few times.

Havvand og salt er de gennemgående noter. Lidt skarphed i eftersmagen.
