Tasted at Ruins, San Antonio November 6 2023
Appearance: clear
Aroma: smells like cachaca
Flavor: banana bread w pecans w a twist of cachaca at the end
This is amazing rum, in part because it has made its way to Texas from the continent of Africa, but also because of the flavor profile which is an artistic vision. It is quite aromatic, adding to the sensory experience.

Al naso mais in scatola, aglio, sake, fermentati, floreale, vegetale, pepe, frutti acidi.
Al palato leggero con fermentati, sakè, aglio tostato, vegetali, pepe, cetriolo, salato e zucca. Particolare, ma non fa per me, troppo aglio.

Aroma is nice and fruity. Taste is a bit sweet, bit pepper with grass and fruit tones on palate. Aftertaste is longer with many different tones. Similar to Clairin rums. 7.5 points Agricole rum lovers can add 1 point.

Reminds me of my favorite clairins: funky smell, sweet and grassy on the tongue. But it also brings a big green olive smell that I don't care for, but some of you are sure to love. Definitely interesting.
