This has merit. It has bite. It has a nice spicey finish. Honey with ginger, clove and a hint of lime. It tastes like it has some added sweetener but this does not detract. This would make an excellent mixer. It is also sippable.
Found it at a FANTASTIC rum bar in Miami called Esotico. This is the finest, most extensive rum bar I have ever been to. Fun as hell. Over 300 rums. The owner and head barman are from Italy where this is produced. They know their rum. Try this. Try Esotico. Thank me later!
