Maple on the nose but is astringent and a bit too unrefined for me. Would have enjoyed a smoother finish however, the bottle went fairly quick which is a good sign. Not badly priced for a night of adventure.

A blend of dark barbados rum and Irish rum. The final product is very light considering the ingredients and it doesn’t quite have enough nose or flavour. Tasted good with mixer but not for sipping on my view.
