I am usually suspicious of anything labeled "organic" being better, but organic or no, this rum tastes great. The nose has a lot of green sugar cane and fruits to a lesser degrees, berries and applesauce. The flavor is simpler and very clean, fresh sugar cane. Excellent neat.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

The nose reminded me of my favorite clairin, almost overwhelming banana with some rubber and a little soil and saltwater. The flavor is much cleaner than most agricole; more sugarcane, less grass. Some saltiness and less burn than you'd expect for the ABV. Makes a good ti' punch, with just a little lime and sweetener and (though purists may shudder) just a sliver of ice to bring down the strength; though you'll also be fine forgoing the trouble and drinking it straight. Just take it slow and contemplate tropical paradise.
UPDATE: After also trying it straight and in a daiquiri, I can say it does well in both; but I think I liked it best as a ti' punch.
