Au nez rien de particulier,Je l aime bien mais il est difficile à caractériser. Un peu vanillé un peu boisé. Epicé doux et poivré, c est pas mauvais.
Havana club 7 was the First, now it's Caracas.
It has nice aroma and pretty smooth palate, but some how in between the strange ethanol kicks as 44°.
Naturally sweet a bit, and isn't dry. Subtile fruity nuances.
Did not make a lot of eхressions. Short aftertaste. Still OK rum.
Zapach: Pieczone banany melasa kakao, skórzany, rodzynki, dębina ładnie zarysowana
Smak: Kakao, ananas, puree bananowe, prażone orzechy, nuty korzenne, melasa. smak jest wytrawny a słodycz znikoma,
Podobno Bez cukru. Trzeba dac mu sie otworzyc poniewaz wpierw sprawia wrazenie taniego
OCENA: 70/100
I like Pampero brand from Venezuela, so I was eager to test this one whether it has some related traits. It has very little to do with Pampero though, the characteristic buttery smell and taste gets through only a little. In my opinion this one is somewhat similar to Botran 12 and 15y. On the nose there is some oak, chocolate, leather, spices, the taste is spicy with a bit of a white oak, raisins and butter in it, the aftertaste is spicy, pleasant and long. Decent, but also not especially memorable, I have to say Pampero is money better spent in my opinion. Score between 6 and 7. No sugar added.
