A single cask selected for Kirsch Whisky. Let's hope it's special and the dilution didn't affect it too much.

Nose: Very fruity wine aromas. Prune with cherries, fermendet fruits. Grasy aromas are in the background. Nail polish remover, a hint of peppery aroma, sugar cane.
This is a great composition and something new for me.

Taste: Diluted and lightly sours/sweet start with fermented sugar cane, salted melon, dry fruits. The spicyness increases towards the middle, grassy aromas in combination with sugar cane, vanilla/prune and paper. Some hints of cherries.
The finish is slightly spicy with vanilla and peppered sugar cane.

Aftertaste: tasty with melon, fermented prune, fermented sugar cane, some grassy aromas

It's a very good agricole. Unusual and very balanced combination of aromas in the nose. The dilution on the palette is noticeable. In cask strength it would be much better.
Anyway, great experience and something new for me.
