A. H. Riise XO Reserve Christmas

Like most of the other A.H. Riise rums, this one seems rather synthetic to me. Perhaps even more so than it's siblings. There's definitely some heavy spices like cinnamon in there, which does bring a bit of Christmas spirit. But it's hard to judge as a rum, as it's so different. Not a bottle I'll be buying again though.

In my opinion, one of the best rums I've tasted to date. Rich, dark color with long aftertaste of cinnamon and oranges. Definitely a sipping rum worthy of the price.

This one was packed with oranges. The only taste that i can't stand.. Asides from that it was and okay rum.. Thick and sweet.

This rum is perfect for the Christmas spirit. Full of sweetness and spices. Get for your next holiday.

It tastes like a wine punch of christmas,sets you back to 24.dec. anytime. Very sweet and again,orange dominates

Man kan sagtens smage julen i denne. Har en snelse kanel og er rigtig god sød.

This is recommended för Christmas and will give your friends something to talk about because it is not that common. Must for the Rum collector!

As a sipper I find it too sweet, unless it goes with a dessert. I haven't tried, but I bet it would be great to ris a la mande.
