Best okΓ© rum niet een super topper maar ik laat hem niet staan.
Strong, sharp but smooth. Best drunk on a rock. Good table rum!
This rum is only available at Gall & Gall, at first I didn't know about it so I asked the store clerk to tell me about it. He couldn't tell me anything about it apart from that it is from Amsterdam, and he works there... So the taste is as a bit more interesting than what he told me about the rum. It is tasty but is quite boring. I'd say it is not worth it's price compared to some other rums which are way more interesting to drink.
Lofthouse 8 years I was really looking forward to because the bottle and tube is beautifull. Also not too expensive. It smells lovely fresh fruity vanilla like. The first sip gave me some heartburn and the second sip also. After that it became less. Taste remained somewhat flat but al little bit oaky. Does not linger longer and that is a pity a little bit. In cola it is very nice. That's why I give it a 7.
Nice Rum. The sweet and soft flavour Surprised me.
If you are like me and you like the more sweeter types of rum (Diplomatico, El Dorado 12 ect.) then this is the perfect rum to add to your collection. The Rum is sweet and smooth with a lot of fresh and fruity tones in the flavor. Would not be surprised if the sweetness is partly 'artificial', but overal a great sweet rum.
Not the most expensive rum, but really tastefull with a sweet aftershave. Good rum to put on the table for a drinking night with friends.
Better than expected, just picked up the bottle for the pretty label
This blended rum is heavily based on Diplomatico Reserva. Trust me, I drank enough of that one to recognise its pallate through anything. It's nice and smooth and something different to look at on the shelve. Recommended for those who like the sweeter kind of proper rum.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

This is one of a myriad of new rums being aggressively marketed in Dutch liquor stores (Gall). Didn't buy the bottle but managed to squeeze two test glasses out of the shops' owner. I wouldn't say it's bad at all, but not to my taste for sipping. Don't expect myself to buy it anytime soon, but I do think this would taste better mixed. Bit too much chocolate in it for me to enjoy.
