This one is special... very special.
The nose makes you aware immediately: Apricot, Ginger, Lemon, Pepper
The palate: Bananas Foster, Passionfruit, Cantaloupe
Decided to roll the dice and came up big! I'd love to save it due to it's limited nature, but the bottle is already halfway gone. Well, tomorrow's not promised, right?

Initial on the nose fresh fruit and pepper, neat goes from fresh fruit to citrus with a dry lingering finish. Slightly overproof at 43% but goes down smooth. With a small cube opens up some vegetal with citrus more pronounced. This is a top shelf unique rum not a daily drinker. Very good and completely different than the mixed blend Caribbean Dark rum

Wonderfully complex and truly special. Deep spices. Clearly a step above the dark. Citrus and cantaloupe. Want to enjoy this one again!

Nose is really off-putting nose is uncomplex and taste is flat
