Pour 15$ ici a la Réunion, c'est sans doute le meilleur rapport qualité-prix. L'attaque en bouche est puissante mais s'estompe par une finale complexe et vanillée. Ce rhum est vieilli entre 5 et 7 ans. Les rhum plus vieux sont également de beaux produits.
Vive la Réunion !

I will give it one more shot, but I really can't understand why someone would like the dominant taste of something which taste like Advil and smell like medical ether?

I was unfarmilliar with this Reunion rum, until i accidently stumbled upon it in a tiny wine store in paris. Liked the look of the bottle and the reasonable price (39 Euro), and luckily they had an open bottle for tastings.

Had a few sips and it was wonderfull stuff. Stunning delivery with silky soft body and delicious yet suttle white fruit. I could have almost mistaken it for a delicate single malt highland, but right at the end a supple touch sweetness kicks in with some toasted flavors, taking straight to an indian ocean beach at sunset.

Beautifully crafted, delicate rum for a very fair price... Love it!

Lot of cinammon, vanilla and ginger on nose, it's almost like sniffing a cinammon powder, some orange and honey in aroma as well. Taste is well ballanced, mellow start, medium sweet with ginger spiciness slowly raising. Good straight up or on the rocks.

Un rhum agricole pur cannes réunionaises. Arômes adultes riches et secs. Appréciable en digestif.

Un goût de liqueur (raisin et vanille) avec une bonne longueur. un classique de la Réunion.

Un rhum reunionnais exeptionnel par sa richesse aromatiquebet son bois...a decouvrir rapidement !
