Sedm let v sudech po bourbonu, rok a půl ve Francii v sudu po koňaku Ferrand a následně ještě půl roku v sudu po Linie aquavit.
Alkohol: 48,6 %
Původ: Fidži/Francie
Aroma: Zajímavá vůně, hodně do klasických rumových pralinek, poměrně svěží, kořenitá. Anýz, nové koření, kmín. (87 b)
Chuť: Silný vliv dubu, taniny, jinak klasicky rumová, s kmínovým závanem. Dost suchý, v dochuti náznak slivovice. (83 b)
Body: 85/100
Shrnutí: Decový vzorek stačil na několik ochutnávek. Zajímavý a svým projevem velmi neotřelý rum.
I must be honest to say i did not expect much of this rum finished in Linie Aquavit (snaps) barrels. But i must admit this is surpisingly good. The Aquavit finish add some dry and bitternes that is actually very well balanced. Nose i get intens fruity cocoa notes and smoke. On the palate i feel spices and some bitternes from the Aquavit, mint maybe? Interesting aftertaste, sour, bitter and vanille. Well integrated ABV of 48,6. Try it!

A rich surprise 8 out of 10
I have to agree with the first reviewer here. It’s surprisingly funky, but not over powering. A little bitter. I wasn’t expecting much but I’ve really grown to like it. It is dryer than I expected from Plantation, in a great way.
